Bergli English Academy
Study English while having fun with everyday farm life and activities. Three hours of study every morning and activities every afternoon on weekdays. Tuition, activities, shared log chalet accommodation and all meals included.
$1500 per person per week. Another option is doing English only with no activities, for $1250 a week.
One-to-One
Available at $1700 dollars per week which includes private lessons and single room log chalet accommodation.
The Teacher
Rowena believes that learning English can be FUN and practical. Having taught English as a forgein language in Japan and run her own English school, she has considerable experience. Having spent many years living in Japan she also knows first hand about learning other languages and experiencing other cultures. She is creative about using situations and games to reinforce learning. She will find your weak points, find out why, and help you to overcome them.

Some of the activities you can choose from in your weeks course (which are included in the costing) are:

There are many more optional activities which can be chosen at an extra cost. E.g. horse riding, hot air ballooning, sight-seeing, wine trail, Arts Trail and visiting gardens. Many students choose to do these extra activities at the weekend, or stay an extra few days just as Farmstay guests.
